FMC150 detected in Configurator, but shows “Not supported” on firmware 03.28.07 Rev.152

Hello,

I am trying to access and update an FMC150 with firmware 03.28.07 Rev.152, but all public Configurator versions I tested show the device as “Not supported”.

Device information:

  • Model: FMC150

  • IMEI: 866069062206162

  • Firmware: 03.28.07 Rev.152

  • USB connection / COM5 detected

Tested Configurators:

  • 1.8.21 B.4.01 R.10

  • 1.7.74_E.FMX150_R.16

In both cases the device is recognized correctly, but it cannot be opened because the Configurator reports “Not supported”.

This suggests the problem is not related to drivers or USB communication, but to a mismatch between this firmware version and currently available public tools.

I do not have FOTA WEB access.

Could Teltonika please confirm:

  • the correct firmware upgrade path

  • whether 03.28.07 Rev.152 requires a special or intermediate package

  • and which exact Configurator / updater tool should be used for this unit?

Could you please try using configurator version 1.7.74_E.FMX150_R.16 ? You can download it from the link provided below, as it may support devices running older firmware versions.
