I’m using the FMC130 to detect BLE tags, but I’m facing an issue. When I scan for Bluetooth devices in the Teltonika Configurator (Beacon Info), sometimes no tags appear, and other times only a few are detected.
Has anyone encountered this issue? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Good day, kindly check the advertising interval of your BLE tags, for example if the advertising interval is very 5 seconds then the tags will only advertised its data for every 5 seconds , in that time the device will also try to capture the tags, try to enable the non-stop scan from the device and adjust the BT power to 7.
