Im trying to configure my DualCam with FMC125 with the latest firmware 4.0.0.
I noticed that the Configurator (Teltonika.Configurator_1.8.10_B.4.00_R.7) included in latest firmware doesn’t show the same information from the Configuration Guide.
So I try the Configurator link from the Guide with version: “Teltonika.Configurator_1.7.72_E.DualCamSupport_R.22.” Then during my configuration and trying to save the information for server settings, an error prompt saying… "Failed to save configuration: SETPARAM_RESULT does not match.: (see attached picture).
Please advise what is the best way to configurate it.

I hope you are doing well! Error is normal when you are using Configurator that is not suitable with the Firmware version that you were using.
Kindly use the same Configurator or update the device Firmware so that it would be compatible. For more information about Firmware versions you may refer to this link: Firmware versions - Teltonika Telematics Wiki

Thank you for your reply. I don’t know if you understand my concerns.
Just to reiterate, again my concerns is the latest firmware and configurator doesn’t come with the option for DUALCAM settings. That’s why i tried the old version designed for dualcam configuration but the error occurs after the save to device is trigger.
Do you have the latest Configurator for DUALCAM? using the latest firmware?
The Latest Firmware versions will be updated on the link provided above. If you wish to configure the device using this Firmware version, kindly use the correct Configurator on the same link.

Thank you for the information. But my current problem now is I uploaded the latest firmware 4.0.0 to FMC125 which is found in the firmware latest version. Even I use the Configurator for Dualcam from the link you sent the problem still exist.
My question now is this… how can I downgrade the firmware to version 3.29.0 from 4.0.0.
