Hello.
I have been using GPS Like FMC150 & FMM920 for almost 2 years now in my company, one day all my GPS’s went offline and when i connect them via usb cable to my computer Teltonika Configurator Shows a display message “FMC150 Imei ************ Not Supported” I am using the right version of the configurator, I went to buy a new FMC 150 and i can configure that Normally just my actual ones shows NOT SUPPORTED for every single one of them.
Hello
The ‘Not Supported’ error in Teltonika Configurator typically occurs due to version compatibility issues between your configurator software and the device firmware. This commonly happens when using an outdated configurator version that doesn’t recognize your device’s current firmware.
For resolving this
Verify configurator version requirement
For FMC150
-
Requires MS .NET Framework 8.0 (64-bit)
-
Download the latest FMC150 configurator version
For FMM920
-
Requires MS .NET Framework 5.0 (32 and 64-bit)
-
Download the latest FMM920 configurator version
Update device firmware:
-
Connect your device via USB cable or Bluetooth
-
Launch the correct configurator version for your device
-
Update firmware using the firmware update button in configurator
-
Verify compatibility after firmware update

I have tried everything but same result. With a new GPS FMC 150 the configurator works great. With all my GPS’s that were in use I can’t read them through my configurator. I am sure I’m using the right firmware and configurator version because I’ve been using Teltonika now for 2 years. One day all my GPS’s stoped sending signal and now I can not access them through configurator in any way
Thank you for the response!
I suggest reaching out to your manager and raising a helpdesk ticket. I believe remote access will be required to properly investigate the issue.
