Hello dear team. Our colleagues from Tanzania are having a problem with Teltonika devices, especially FMB920, when crossing from Tanzania to Burundi. Despite having roaming bundles for the area, they always go offline when they are crossing the Tanzanian border to Burundi. However, it has not been the case when crossing other borders, say Zambian/DRC’an.
