Fmb920 not working

Hi all,
I’m running a system with a number of Teltonika trackers (FMB920 and FMT100) and recently had around 30 devices drop offline.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues with these models?

  • Are there known firmware updates required?

  • Could it be an APN/network issue?

  • Any recommended configuration settings?

Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated :folded_hands:

I have updated firmware to the latest and have a brand new one on the bench and used the same config file on all of the other . and now about 150 have gone down. i think its some think to do with the time . is thar a sms way to solve it? Thanks Dan
