Hi I have a FMB920 which states that the GPRS is deactivated. I know the sim works and I have updated to the latest firmware. I have tried everything I can think of. Do you have any tips.
Please check the following.
- Simcard slot if it is having physical damage.
- check your device configuration,
- check the ICCID if it is detected.
- check if the actual operator code is detected.
- change the simcard and try to put it on another device in case it works probably there is an issue with your device.
If the device is still covered by the warranty kindly contact your sales manager for the RMA process.

So are you using a 2G sim on the device or a 5G sim?
How many devices are affected by this issue?

I guess you have it I’m using a 5G sim card. Will change for 2G
