FMB630 stopped sending canbus data

I’m facing a problem on Fmb630 it was sending canbus data & Tachograph data and then it suddenly stopped sending the data mean while checked the parameters are enabled sending zero .The device firmware version 1.00.17 vehicle Actros MP4 how can i resolve it .

Can you visit the site and check if the CAN connection is ok?

Hello,
the Can connection is correct according the schematics on the website , please note the device was reading CANBUS data for a while and then suddenly it stops send data, mean while the parameters are sent the values zero right now such as IO88 IO127.
