FMB204 reports Escort LLS Temperature #3 without being configured

Hi there,

My FMB204 reports an Escort LLS Temperature 3 without being configured. I cannot find it in the configurator, BLE is also disabled.

According to the Template:FMB AVL ID FMM FMC - Wiki Knowledge Base | Teltonika GPS its the ID 275 and i can confirm the reception in my traccar installation.

Any idea how to turn it off / remove it from config ?

Please try the following troubleshooting steps.

  1. Update the firmware of your device to the latest here: Firmware versions - Wiki Knowledge Base | Teltonika GPS (teltonika-gps.com)
    Firmware direct download: https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/Special:Redirect/file/FMB.Ver.03.27.13.Rev.03_and_configurator.zip

2 After updating the firmware reset the device configuration and restart the device.
3. Reupload the old device configuration and again restart the device.
4. Check the AVL 275 if the ID is still there maybe it is a bug from the firmware.

In that case, you need to contact your sales manager.

Device is running 03.27.14.Rev.00, issue was present also with 03.27.13.Rev.03

It’s kind of problematic to revert and restore because it is hidden in the motorcycle (without access) and resetting it will also loose it from FotaWEB
