FMB140 with canbus missing event 239 for ignition!

our end customer has FMB140 with canbus
there are cases that ignition goes on and the device report a message with
engine.ignition.status = true
can.fuel.volume is missing
event.enum is empty

see attached image for the 2nd marked row.

is this a bug of the device? how can we solve it with the device?
our server side software relies on event 239 for ignition state changes

Please use the latest firmware: https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/Special:Redirect/file/FMB.Ver.03.29.00.Rev.18_and_configurator.zip

Make sure that the ignition source is DIN 1 and it is connected to the ignition wire of the vehicle

From the CAN adapter enable the send LKV
