FMB130 - Unlock code required for a second-hand device

​Hello Teltonika Support Team,

​I recently purchased a second-hand FMB130 tracker for my personal project. Unfortunately, upon connecting it to the Teltonika Configurator, I discovered that the device is password-protected by the previous owner/company.

​Since it is a used device from the aftermarket, I have no way of contacting the previous owner to obtain the password or ask them to reset it.

​Could you please assist me with an unlock code so I can factory reset the device and configure it for my own use?

​Model: FMB130

​Firmware: 03.27.13 Rev:03

​IMEI: 359633103041161

​I already have the unlock request code generated by the Configurator ready (starting with C142086I…). Please let me know if I should provide the full code here or send it via Private Message for security reasons.

Thanks for writing to us.

Please check with the seller from whom you purchased the device regarding the unlock code. The device must be available in your FOTA Web account to generate the code.
Alternatively, the seller can transfer the device ownership to your account (making a new fota account for your device under his login)

Please note that we cannot provide the unlock code through this public platform. If you contact us via the Helpdesk portal, an NOC from the original buyer/account owner will be required.
