FMB125 Not Sending Out Data and Connect To FOTA

Hi, I have a FMB125 device that connected to GPRS but not able to send the data to the server or FOTA web, I am wondering what is the problem:

When I send getstatus command to the device I am getting the following respones:

Data Link: 0 GPRS: 1 Phone: 0 SIM: 0 OP: 502158 Signal: 3 NewSMS: 0 Roaming: 1 SMSFull: 0 LAC: 235 Cell ID: 13973 NetType: 1 FwUpd:-65536

I also try to send getinfo command:

RTC:2025/8/14 9:59 Init:2025/8/14 8:13 UpTime:6226s PWR:SoftReset RST:0 GPS:4 SAT:0 TTFF:12 TTLF:0 NOGPS:0:43 SR:0 FG:0 FL:0 SMS:9 REC:430 MD:4 DB:0

As shown the records data is not able to send to my server so as connection to the FOTA server.

What is the possible problem the logger is facing, how can I solve this remotely?

I hope you are doing well. Kindly help to confirm if the FOTA Web configuration were correct as per the screenshot mentioned below?

If yes, you can send “web_connect“ command to the device through SMS/GPRS to see if the device were able to connect to FOTA. Otherwise, it could be limitation to your SIM Card provider.

Ok, we will continue to monitor as the latest status was the logger managed to connect to FOTA web but yet sending data to our server. Just wondering what else we can do remotely. We have tried cpureset but still the same. Sending SMS getstatus command to the device always returned with Data Link: 0, possible hardware issue?

I am facing the similar issue with FMB920 devices as well. Wonder is your issue is resolved?
