FMB020, SIM status is unknown

Hello

I’m just trying to configure fmb020 device with t-mobile sim card.

SIM status is unknown, GPRS is deactivateed, no signal.

I’ve checked the card in phone and confirmed is active, internet is enabled, pin card is disabled.

FMB020 FW ver. 03.27.12 Rev.93

Hi again

I’m cancelling the question, after upgrading the FW to 04.0xxxx sim card is activated

However, I’m still struggling with problem of SIM status unknown and no signal, gprs deactivated as well.

I’ve observed, It works only few minutes after processing firmware upgrade, for the short time sim status is ok, gprs activated and signal level good.

next after ~5 minutes activity sim status returns to its previous state “Unknown” and no signal.

I’m sure the signal level is excellent in the place so that’s not the issue.

Sim card: T-Mobile
