FMB020 “device not supported”

Hi I’m trying to configure a FMB020 I followed the instructions from the website to install the device.

I have the following issue when opening the configurator, the device is seen but reports that it is not supported.
I try configurator version is
Teltonika.Configurator_1.6.4_E.FMP100_R.1
Teltonika.Configurator_1.7.21_E.FMP1_R.6
Teltonika.Configurator_1.7.72_E.fmp100_eco_R.4

it reports firmware 03.27.07.Rev.94
