We are facing very serious issue with FMB003 devices.
There are several FMB003 devices installed in our customer’s vehicles in India. They send data to our server in code8 extended format.
We are seeing the strange issue that, device suddenly stops sending data to server. It even can not receive any SMS commands. After several attempts with “cpureset” SMS command, it wake up and start sending data. However, it works for few days and it again suddenly stops. Device is running latest firmware version 03.27.12.Rev.93
We have checked that, there is no SIM connectivity issue.
Any guidance on this critical issue?

I get the same problem. FMB003 suddenly stops sending data.
Reson in majority of cases is lost SIM PIN from unit’s configuration.
