FMB003 blocks the immobilizer

Please help me understand the following question.
We use the FMB003 tracker in the Great Wall Wingle 7 car.

There is strange behavior of the car. Sometimes the engine does not start and the immobilizer indicator flashes on the dashboard. Reconnecting or removing the tracker from the ODB connector helps. The problem is not permanent. We can start the engine several times and then catch this error.

Why might this behavior happen? Can disabling some specific parameter help? If I disable the ODB reading function in the parameters, do I understand correctly that the tracker will only take power from the connector?

Hi, try to disable Bluetooth and BLE, olso OBD reading.
