Thank you for reaching out. A couple of things to double-check:
- Do the PLCs have their default gateway set to the RUTX10 LAN IP (10.0.3.1)?
- Can these devices actually be seen in the RUTX10’s ARP table (
arp -a) or at least be pinged directly from the RUTX10 itself?

Additionally, whenever you make changes on the RUTX or in the VPN settings for testing, it’s good practice to regenerate the client certificates for the RUTX and restart the VPN hub.
