Hey

is there any recommended fixed ip sim card provider for RUT955? if possible pre-paid.

Hello,
I couldn’t recommend one specific foreign fixed IP sim card provider, but on the other hand if you want to have a fixed/static SIM card’s IP I’d suggest you to configure custom APN on your router. For more info check this page here.
P.S. Some SIM cards don’t have static/fixed IP. To check this, you can try changing device APN to see how it will effect your SIM cards IP.
