The files on our Wiki are only for the device firmware, not the modem firmware.
Modem firmware can only be updated via FOTA, when update is released.
If you are referring to the firmware of the device, and you are updating from an old firmware, make sure to update to the latest legacy firmware, and then you can update to the latest RutOS version (currently RUT2_R_00.07.04.4).
