Firmware problem FMB010

Hello. I own the FMB010 tracker and can’t connect to the new version of the configurator. Since the firmware FMB010 FW 01.00.22.

Can you take a screenshot of your device firmware?

Hi i have the same issue where, the unit is not being detected under the com devices in device Manager.
Is there a way to get into this unit or reset it as i have no access through the UI at this stage.

Please try to use the TCT: Getting started with TCT desktop application - Wiki Knowledge Base | Teltonika GPS (teltonika-gps.com)

And download the latest firmware configurator from here: Firmware versions - Wiki Knowledge Base | Teltonika GPS (teltonika-gps.com)

If the device COM port is not detected then try to install the COMPORT driver : https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/Special:Redirect/file/TeltonikaCOMDriver.zip

If still you have the same issue then it may be a USB port issue and apply for the RMA process.
