Faulty RUT 241 - Assign license to new device

Hello,
on of our devices malfunctioned and we had to replace it with a new one. The problem is we bought a 5 year RMS pack for the faulty device. It has to be possible to transfer the license to another device, although the license is intended for only one device, right?

Once RMS credits or packages are assigned to devices, they cannot be removed. If you have already initiated an RMA, please contact the same Teltonika representative and explain your situation.

thank you for your response! The thing is that we bought the device from a retailer in Germany and the RMA would go through that company and not Teltonika. We don’t have a direct partner in Teltonika.

If you’ve replaced your device through your direct supplier, you can follow the same process and get in touch with Teltonika through your supplier.
