Failed credentials with Brand new router

I got a new RUT951. when trying to access it with the unique passwords, it says it is wrong.
I never had this problem before, any help?

  • Additionally, kindly confirm that when attempting to access the router’s WebUI by entering its IP address into your browser, you are directed to a Teltonika Login page resembling the one depicted below:
