I’m having a problem with RMS and RUT241. In the Administration > Users menu, I created a new user and the system confirms that it sent the activation email, but the email never arrived, not even in the spam folder. How can I activate a user if the email doesn’t arrive?
Could you please clarify whether the email address is linked to your company or workplace? If so, are there any email filters or restrictions that could be affecting the messages?
