Eye Beacon activation


We received a Eye beacon but I cannot find it with the app. I saw on the documentation that the beacon could be in Hibernate mode and that we can wake it up with a magnet. I tried that but no LED is blinking and the device is still not visible on the app.
I tried to open it to change the battery but it seems to be sealed. Is it built to be open ?

Is there any way to detect why the beacon is not visible on the app ?



Good day, if the eye sensor didn’t wakeup after you put the magnet near to it , it is possible to send the devices to us for the RMA process.
