The mobile connection is working (as far as I can tell) and there are no pop-up notifications happening today.

Could you please clarify if the message appears on a specific configuration page, after performing a certain action, or does it always appear immediately upon logging into the WebUI?

When I logged into the admin the Red Dot was on. Then as I was moving around various pages, the pop-up (as posted, above) kept opening and clearing every 5 sec?
