Error Downloading Trend Logs with Teltonika Modem for the BMS Controller

Hello Teltonika team,

We’re facing an issue on one of our sites that uses a Teltonika modem with a BMS controller. When we try to view the historical data for different units, it doesn’t show up. If we select “Download” to save this data, we get an error message saying, “There was an error downloading logs.” Interestingly, the data loads fine when we access the BMS through a VPN, but it doesn’t work when we use an RMS link — we can’t view or download the data.

Could this issue be related to a feature or limitation of the Teltonika modem? Any insights or troubleshooting tips would be very helpful.
