Error 500: INTERNAL ERROR

Oops! Something went wrong…Error 500: INTERNAL ERROR.

This shows up when I try login on my just created RMS account.

I’m new in Teltonika. I just obtained my first Teltonika router (RUT901). Its configuration went OK.
Next I started to test its RMS. I succeeded to create RMS’s account and register RUT901, but I could not get the router into ONLINE. I thought I had made some error and Therefore I finally deleted my account in order to start from beginning. After the creation a new account with same e-mail, when I tryed login, OOPS-message appeared and could not continue.

What this means and how to continue? I need help!
