The devices may not have been tested according to these standards specifically, but EMC and other standards (and certificates) that apply to Teltonika Networks devices can be found on the wiki. For example, the certificates and approvals for RUT956 can be found here. If you navigate to RUT956 CE/RED certification, you can see what EMC standards were applied:
Similarly, you can open the wiki page here, navigate to the device that you are interested in and you should find ‘Certification & Approvals’ page for that specific device.
