Hello !

Connecting DualCam with FMC125, sent SMS command “Camgetver” so the device replied “Rear Camera camgetver Failed” and also sent another sms command “Camreq: 1,1” so they replied “Media request timeout” . How can i resolve this issue

also is there any Open Forum where i can see DualCam Live Images, if my server is not working Properly

NOTE: No SD Card Inserted

To test the Teltonika Dual Cam, please make sure that the SD card is inserted (Max 64 GB).

Thanks for the reply. I got the CLOUDVIEW platform and established the setup over there

  1. is it necessary to upload the firmware in SD card ?
    If yes ? from where i got the firmware, i am not able to find the Firmware for SD card at WIKI

  2. If i request for the picture there is reply " Another footage upload is already in progress " i am not able to see the picture in CLOUD VIEW platform

  3. Sometime the SD connected to DUALCAM and sometime it wont
