I would like to ask about a situation with a FMC130 device with 03.29.00_18 Firmware.
The device belongs to a trucking company, and every night they enable the dout 1 from the device for remote shutt off, so the employees can not use the vehicles. They do this through a tracking platorm and each mornig they disable the dout 1 for the vehicles to move again.
However with this device at certain points during the nigh, the dout is enabled without any user interaction from the platform side, this is detected as the platform has a log of every dout activation/deactivation and which user generated it.
They have authorized numbers configuration so they rule out this being made through SMS.
I would like to ask if this issue could be a device issue directly, where at a certain point the DOUT is disabled directly.
Or if this could be from the configuration side.
