Dont receive io252

Hi there, on a FMC920 i dont receive io252, any idea ?

Finally receive io252. But io303 for instant movement not coming while it is set to High priority.

Please make sure that you are using the correct firmware for the device: Firmware versions - Teltonika Telematics Wiki

Also try to enable the codec 8 extended

For the instant movement change the priority to On Change and High priority
