Does SWM281 supports LACP?

Hi,

I’d like to confirm whether the SWM281 supports LACP (IEEE 802.3ad / 802.1AX). I couldn’t find any reference to LACP or Link Aggregation in the datasheet.

We are currently working on a sales opportunity where this feature is a hard requirement. The intended setup is to use link aggregation with 4 ports between two SWM281 switches.

Can anyone confirm if LACP is supported on the SWM281, and if so, whether there are any limitations or documentation (manual, firmware notes, etc.) available?

Hi there,

I believe LACP is supported by all of our managed switches, but just to be sure, I have double-checked with the R&D. I’ll get back to you once I have a response.

I just got the confirmation - yes, LACP is supported, and is called Port Aggregation.
