Hello I need to configure RUT240 router to make an DMVPN connnect to our utility company
under services I see no option for DMVPN
Question is can RUT240 support DMVPN or I need to upgrade my hardware to RUT 9XX

You can download DMVPN package from the package manager It can be reached from the WebUI, System > Package Manager section.
Please refer to this link for all the other packages available for RUT240.
