DNP3 to MQTT Broker

My usage scenario of RUT240 goes like this:

  1. Read Binary and Analog data from one DNP3 Outstation in, let’s say, 20 steps.
  2. Use Data To Server functionality for pushing data to MQTT Broker

I configured DNP Client to read outstation as fast as possible (1s). I assume that these 20 steps of reading data from the outstation are queued. Data is stored in RAM.

The second step is sending data to MQTT as fast as possible (1s).
What I see on the other side (MQTT Client) is a huge amount of data flooding the broker. Additionally, data is duplicated with the same timestamp.

How can you properly configure the Data To Server to get the fastest possible but uniquely stamped data on the MQTT broker?
