Difference users group levels RUTX11 issue

What happen when I change to user testuser PW for web page, that change testuser to admin group?
I can’t select that new testuser group for web page.

Thank you for your query.

The two commands below should solve the problem. You have assigned a user to a group that has not been created.
uci set rpcd.testuser=group
uci commit

Thanks that information.
I thing that group is right for system

and I can change to user to other group for CLI but If I try do that
for Web page. I don’t have any change that user back to right group when user forget to PW. Group list not update for web page.
