Device with id 1128XXXXXX could not be added. Please contact support for more information

Device is RUTX11, it was brand new, and was onboarded to RMS. But then we customised some network settings using CLI (added WAN IP aliases), but then the GUI started throwing errors. After a hard reset, we can no longer reach the device, it won’t register to RMS with the message “Device could not be added. Please contact support for more information.”. Local admin UI also does not load, cannot ping. Power cycling didn’t help either.

Could you please clarify: you successfully added your RUTX11 to RMS, but after making some network configurations, you performed a factory reset, correct? Regarding RMS, did you delete your RUTX11 from it before attempting to re-add it? If so, why did you delete it?
