Device not recognized in RMS

Hi,
I have a problem with a RUTX11 router. The router had to be restored to factory settings due to a forgotten password and the person in charge of it no longer being with the company.

The device was removed from RMS, reset and when trying to add it back to RMS after I got a message saying that the device may be blocked or unidentified.

I have double checked and all the device info (serial. MAC address, password) is correct, yet I still get the aforementioned message.

Please try unregistering and then re-registering the device in RMS. This should help resolve the issue.
