Device not fixing position


At the moment, we have an FMC130 device that does not fix position, since the device was installed on a vehicle, one of our engineers did an on site testing, noticing that the device was in good condition and after trying to reset it still had the issue.

The device was removed from the vehicle, and after trying to update the firmware to the latest version and other tests, it still did not fix position, so we generated a log, and it detected this:

GPS Fix: 0
No fix reason: 3585
GPS state: 1
TTFF: 0s
TTLF: 0s
NoFix: 7306s
Latitude :0.000000
Altitude :0
FW Ver: AXN_5.1.9
SN mode: 0

Since i am not able to upload the file generated in the log, i have uploaded the file to google drive, if possible to be reviewed and to see if there is something else in it.

Good day, If the device is not able to get the GPS fix or not able to get any satellites, there is a chance that you need to give the device for RMA, maybe we need to reinstall the GPS firmware or check if there is any device from the car that is causing GPS signal to be jammed.
