Device not able to obtain GPS FIX

Hello.

I would like to ask about an issue with a FMA120 device that is not obtaining GPS FIX.
The device was working correctly since installation in 2017 until a month ago when it stopped sending position to the server, as it seems it is not updating GPS or date data.
The device has firmware version 01.27.05, i would like to ask if there is a later firmware version to update.
