This article describes that RMS can determine aprox device location (not equipped by GPS) according GSM towers.
Does it work? For all RUT241 routers shows Location tab message “NO LOCATION INFORMATION ABOUT DEVICE”. I can set location manually only.

Unfortunately, if the location tab displays “NO LOCATION INFORMATION ABOUT DEVICE,” it is likely that the cell tower information to which the modem is connected is not updated in the OpenCellID.org database. The RMS location feature relies on this database to parse the approximate location.
To verify, you can copy the Cell ID, LAC/TAC, MCC, and MNC parameters from your device found in device WebUI navigated to Status → Network → Mobile page and paste them into the Search Cell Towers section on OpenCellID.org. This will help determine if the relevant cell tower data is present in their system.
