Device is temporarily blocked. - Previously registered Rut240, Removed from portal and Now will not Reactivate

My device shows as active in RMS and pending but not able to administrate in RMS.

I have credit and it is created on 2024-08-05 15:45:39.

I have tried with:

  • Reseting device
    • un/-register device
    • Have tried to re-/connect/register device in the webb gui.
  • Tried to update exist RUT2_R_00.07.06.13 with RUT2_R_00.07.06.13 via RMS
  • I have successfully updated Firmware RUT2_R_00.07.06.14 without saving settings - but problem persist.
  • I´m able to access internet on RUT 240 wifi.

I have 2 other RUT240 that´s working fine.

There are a few things I want you to check:

  1. Verify all information when adding the device are correct (Serial Num, LAN MAC, and password).
  2. Go to System → Maintenance → Troubleshoot. Verify Internet connectivity by pinging any DNS IP (i.e. 8.8.8.8).
  3. Access WebUI → Services → Cloud Solutions. Disable Connection Type, then after a few seconds, enable Connection Type. Make sure Authentication Code is left blank. Try to click Reconnect button as well.
  4. In RMS, select the device. Go to Device → Manage services. Check if service, monitoring, auto-extend (optional) are enabled.
