Detect incoming calls with the TRB140 device using AT commands?

Is it possible to detect incoming calls with the TRB140 device using AT commands? I tried the AT-CLIP=1 command, but it doesn’t work; it doesn’t identify incoming calls. The TRB140 doesn’t accept calls. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I tried issuing the AT+CLIP=1 command to the TRB140 modem, and the response was OK, so it accepted the command. However, when there is an incoming call to the modem, there is no response. The modem does not output RING or anything like +CLIP: “+36221234567”,145. Instead, the modem automatically terminates the call, it does not let the call ring or query the caller’s number. Is there any setting in the modem that would allow me to detect incoming calls and retrieve the caller’s number?

Hello,

TRB140 modem may not fully support voice calls when caller ID is enabled with AT+CLIP=1. However, if your SIM card allows incoming calls, you can check for incoming calls and retrieve the caller’s number by using the logread -fcommand:

Additionally, if you want the TRB140 to accept incoming calls, you need to select the Answer action in Services → Mobile Utilities → Call Utilities:

Let me know if you need any further assistance.

Best regards,

Thanks for the information. I can now see the incoming calls.
