Hi I’m experiencing an issue with my RUTX11 where my SIM is not getting an IP address and is saying disconnected. Not thing has changed, no updates. Just stopped working. Can you help? I’ve tried another SIM and is the same (disconnected). Tried the current SIM in phone and works fine.

What is the current firmware version installed on the device? If it is not the latest, please, update the firmware first.
Also, would it be possible for you to share some of the system logs from System → Administration → Troubleshoot → ‘View’ system log? Before posting logs here, please hide any sensitive information such as IP addresses, serial numbers, etc.
