Cumulocity version 10.18

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has had any recent issues connecting an RUT device, specifically the RUT906, to the Cumulocity platform version 10.18? My original post which was automatically closed is linked below.

Due to a device restore it lost connection to the Cumulocity platform and I am now unable to get it re-connected. I am following the same process that previously worked for me but I am not even getting to the “pending approval” stage in Cumulocity.

Again, any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
