Cumulocity connection problems

Hello Community,
is there an improvement or changes to the cumulocity service on teltonika devices.
I have a TRB256 Gateway in use where the Connection to the plattform is not always working and has from time to time connection issues.

Now I have a problem with the push connection it is disconnecting in a random time. There is no pattern and I can’t replicate it.

If I look in the logs there is a information to the error:
ERROR: HTTP post: Callback aborted
WARNING: push: connect failed!
have someone seen errors like this and are there information how to solve this?

Apologies for a delayed response. Could you confirm whether the initial issue is still noticeable? Additionally, please check if the mobile data connection remains stable at all times. Could there be a data loss occurring during the push action?

As a potential troubleshooting step, please try adjusting the Request Timeout and Keep Alive values in the cumulocity settings and observe if the connection losses still persist. Also, could you check logread for any additional relevant logs that might indicate the cause of the issue?

Lastly, please ensure that your TRB256 is running on the latest 7.13.3 firmware release.
