Critical Bug: WebGUI on RUT241. Network not reachable when I click "Add" on Call Rule

When I click the “Add” button it seems like the modem is restarting? The router is not reachable for 40 seconds. I did not click any apply etc. jsut the “Add” button and its gone.

After testing your configuration, I did not encounter any issues adding instances in call rules.

I would recommend to try to perform a bootloader reset on the device. This unique feature allows you to perform firmware update and reflash the device, which can potentially resolve the issue. Instructions on how to do so : RUT241 Device Recovery Options - Teltonika Networks Wiki
