Hi I Want to create alerts in my RMS plataform, but I can’t. I currently have alerts that I receive through email, but I can’t manage to do that in my new devices. RMS platform says, Legacy (create alerts) and I can’t select it, I don’t what the issue could be.

Our apologies for the delayed response.
The Create Alerts (Legacy) option in the Remote Management System (RMS) is only available for older devices that are not able to use the Alerts & Automations feature under Management.
We recommend using the Alerts & Automations feature, as it provides greater flexibility, more notification options, and improved functionality. For more information on configuring Alerts & Automations, please refer to the following Wiki article:
