Hello, I have a RUT955 we are trying to add to RMS however it’s possible this device was previously added to another RMS prior to a company acquisition.
In RMS we receive: Device could not be added. Please contact support for more information.
On the RUT955 we are seeing: Failure (Error: Expired license.) when attempting to click connect under SYSTEM > RMS
I can supply serial and photo of the device details if required for support?
