Confirming whether FMC150 and FMB140 devices support geofence-based and speed-limit-based buzzer (DOUT1) activation

I would like to confirm whether it is possible to send geofences to the FMC150 and FMB140 models.

I have a client who would like to configure the buzzer(DOUT1) to be activated whenever the vehicle exceeds a certain speed within a specific geofence, or alternatively, whenever the vehicle surpasses a maximum speed limit in any location.
