I am documenting the registration process for my customers (recording video etc), and registered a spare email address I had.
I am trying to capture the whole experience including the invitation email etc, but the account I have has already been registered with RMS.
I have removed it from my company, and now the account is stand alone administrator.
I want to remove the account completely, so that I have to go through the whole process from the beginning.
How to achieve?
The account would need to be deleted from RMS side. Due to public nature of this forum, there is no way for us to share sensitive information privately. Thus, you will need to contact your designated sales manager or the reseller from whom you have purchased the device and provide information about your RMS account. They should be able to help you.
